Family pics
"Get that Swan Matt!!! Matt that swan is coming back for us!" Those were the words being used at our photo shoot. We learned to never get on a male swans territory without a weapon. We were warned by the owner of the porperty that the male swan is aggressive. He wasn't kidding and I knew that he was kind of serious when we were given a broom to fight it off at the get go. We fought him off the whole time and he kept coming back for more. After we got in the car he was pecking at our tires as we left.Note: No male swan was harmed in this photo shoot. ( I hope.)

I am really sitting on a little stool. It looks like I am doing some weird advanced pose in yoga. But I am not that good at yoga yet.

1st Day of Preschool
This is Drew's 1st day of Preschool. I think that preschool is glorified babysitting and I love it!!!
Summer Fun!
We had a fun summer with our Seven Peaks season pass!
A day at Hogle Zoo.
Drew and Madeline love to pick and eat peas from the garden.
The library has a summer reading program and if you read 20 minutes a day for 5 days then at the end of each week you can pick a prize. These glasses were a funny prize.
Drew wanted his hair in piggy tails since his little sister gets them in her hair. He would make a cute girl!
